Arm & Fan Movements

Begin holding the abanico closed in your right arm.⁣

Raise the right arm leading with the elbow.⁣

Flick the fan open with your wrist when your arm comes above your head.⁣

Bring the right arm down fanning a couple of times if you wish.⁣

Flick the arm and wrist forward to close the fan.⁣⁣

Tap your left hand on between the counts of 6 & 7 then right thigh between the counts of 7 & 8⁣

Swich fan around behind your back on 9 & 10. ⁣

(You may either toss the fan from your right hand to your left behind your back or simply take it from the right hand with the left then transfer the fan back to the right hand.)⁣
