⁣I recommend approaching the step like this:

1. Learn the feet.

2. Learn the arms.

3. Put them together.

4. Gradually build up  speed.

5. Try doing it with some music.

⁣You could repeat this or just do it once.

You could even do it starting on the left.

A note about the arms:

When you close your arms & your elbows are down, leave a little bit of space under the armpits.

(Air out your armpits 😂😂)

Some body notes:

Stay grounded.

The energy from your waist down should go down.

And don’t be afraid to use your hips, especially on the three final steps.
