I played hooky today and took myself to the beach on a whim. 15,000 steps of beach walk therapy felt so good.

That's why you see a picture of the Oregon Coast up there, of Cannon Beach. (Perhaps we should have a Flamenco Retreat at Cannon Beach some day. Hmm. . .)

El mar es muy traicionero
también muy agradecido
yo que en el mar he nacido
y por eso yo lo quiero

The sea is very treacherous

I was born at sea
