Upper Body & Skirt:

When holding the skirt, be sure to keep some air under your arms. ⁣

Keep the front elbow up and keep the back elbow from going behind.⁣

Keep you head aligned with the front elbow.⁣

A note about the knees:

On the slide into the redoble at the end, be sure to keep your knees bent. ⁣

You want to keep the knees bent throughout, but during this part there can be a tendency to straighten the leg, so watch out for that!⁣
