An Activity For You
This is an activity for coordination and rhythm.
Notice the palmeros in the video (some of the best!). Notice the one in the middle, 'El Bo' de Jerez, and how he often keeps the beat with his feet by stepping from one to the other. (This is common in Jerez).
As the video plays, stand up and keep the compás with your feet, alternating from one foot to the other.
Once you've got that going, add your palmas. You can play any bulerías pattern you know, but I recommend a simple repetitive one.
